Vidhu Builds

I build products people actually use.

Ex‑founder and product manager. I scope, design, code and launch your MVP, AI feature or internal tool, and I stay until it has real users.

(04) Process

How it works

  1. Day 0

    Step 1: A 30-minute call

We talk through what you want to build, who it’s for and what success looks like.

  2. Day 2

Step 2: A fixed quote in 48 hours

A written scope, a week-by-week plan and a fixed quote. You know exactly what you’re getting.

  3. Every week

Step 3: Build in the open

Video updates twice a week and a live demo every week. You see the product, not status reports.

  4. Launch

Step 4: Launch, handoff, 30 days of support

I ship it, hand over the code and docs, and stay for 30 days to fix and tune.

(05) About

Why one person

Most products don’t fail in the code. They fail in the handoffs: strategy to design, design to engineering, engineering to launch.

AI tools now let one person hold all of it. So you work with the person who decides what to build and the person who builds it. Same person, same week.

I’ve spent 3+ years in product across edtech, crypto and AI, at PhysicsWallah, Stader Labs and Cialfo. I co-founded DevsUnite and grew it from zero to 110K+ developers.

(06) FAQ

Questions founders ask

Why not just use AI tools myself?

You can, and for some things you should. The tools make building faster. They don’t decide what to build, cut what doesn’t matter, or get it in front of users. That judgment is what you’re hiring.

Is AI-built software ready for production?

It is when someone accountable for production is in charge. I review every line that ships, test what matters, and use the basics any good team uses: version control, staging, monitoring.

Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your repository from day one, and everything is handed over at launch, with docs.

What if scope changes?

It usually does. Small changes fold into the plan. Bigger ones get a written update to the quote before any work starts. No surprises.

How do we handle time zones?

I’m based in India and keep a daily overlap with your working hours in the US, UK or Europe. Updates are short videos you can watch when it suits you.

What happens after launch?

You get 30 days of support for fixes and tuning. After that, we can agree on ongoing work, or your team takes it from there with full docs.
