My role
Co-founder, part-time, from January to July 2026. I owned product: what to build, in what order, and how we’d know it was working.
Growing the community
The problem A hiring platform is only as good as the people on it. We started with no developers and no audience.
What we did Grew a developer community and gave it a product to join: a web platform and a mobile app.
The result 0 to 110K+ developers in the community, 25K registered users and 15K app downloads.
An AI suite for job seekers
The problem Applying for developer jobs is slow and repetitive, and many applications go to roles that don’t fit.
What we did Shipped three AI tools: match scoring to show which roles fit, mock interviews to practice before the real one, and a browser extension that autofills applications.
The result 2x candidate placements.
Daily use
The result 6K monthly active users, 25% DAU/MAU and 35% 7-day retention.
What I learned
Distribution is a product decision. A community makes everything after it cheaper: feedback, testing and launch.
AI earns its place when it removes a step people already dislike. Doing the job is the feature; the model is the implementation.
